Job leads come from the following sources:

• Applied: These candidates viewed the job posting and submitted an application directly.
• Sourced: Find ideal candidates using smart search to match your job opening. These candidates are strategically sourced from databases to identify high-quality, passive talent.
• AI Matches: We automatically match candidates to your jobs from profiles created on remote.com/jobs, where candidates have opted to be visible to employers. These are candidates who fit your job criteria but haven’t applied yet. These candidates are not notified that they are being shown to you or your specific job. You can reach out to them directly through the platform to gauge their interest in the role.
