We normalize key data points to make sure everything is measured on the same scale. Then, we apply weighted values based on what matters most: Cost, supply, salary and complexity in that order. Once we run this, you get a ranked list of countries, and our system highlights the best ones for your hiring needs.To keep things simple:
- If there are only 1-2 countries in your results, we don’t show recommendations.
- If there are 3-4, we highlight the top 1.
- If there are 5-6, we show the top 2.
- And if you’re looking at 7+, we show the top 3.
