Are any of the intended recipients situated outside the EEA? | The personal data will be collected by Veremark Ltd (UK company number 11681510), it will be delivered to us and we will, in turn, share it with our customer who is requesting your services. If this customer is situated outside the EEA (you can check by contacting them or consulting their website) we will use standard contractual clauses for the lawful transfer of personal data. |
5. How long will Remote store this personal data for? | For one year after your employment with us ends. |
6. Am I obliged to provide personal data to Remote? | You are under no obligation to provide your consent. However, should you refuse to do that, we may be unable to employ you. |
