If you choose to include a background check, please keep in mind that the turnaround time is estimated to be up to 15 working days after the candidate provides their data.
Onboarding—including signing the Employment Agreement and commencement of the employment—will proceed concurrently with the background check process.
Cancellation or termination of employment based on background check results after signing the Employment Agreement or commencement of employment may be subject to legal restrictions in some countries and therefore incur increased risks and costs for which you will be responsible for under the Terms of Service.
Please select a later start date if you prefer to complete a background check before onboarding.
