If your company is headquartered in the United States, you’ll need to enter the full ZIP+4 postal code.

A ZIP+4 code is an extended version of the standard 5-digit ZIP code used in the United States. It includes an extra 4-digit number after a hyphen (e.g., 12345-6789) to provide more precise location details, such as specific buildings, apartments, or mail delivery routes.

Example:

  • Standard ZIP code: 94133 (San Francisco, CA)
  • ZIP+4 code: 94133-4501 (A specific address within that area)

Using the ZIP+4 format improves mail sorting and delivery efficiency. You can find the correct ZIP+4 for an address using the USPS ZIP Code Lookup tool.

If you’re seeing an "Invalid Postal Code Format" error during registration, try entering the full ZIP+4 code.
