This article will cover how to view, track, and manage your invoices through the mobile app.
Accessing Your Invoices
- Sign in to the mobile app using your contractor account credentials.
- Navigate to the Invoices tab.
Understanding the Invoice Tracker
At the top of the Invoices screen, you'll find the invoice tracker card that:
- Shows your upcoming payments in chronological order
- Provides a quick overview of all invoice statuses
- Helps you monitor your expected income
Viewing Your Invoice List
Scroll down to see a complete list of all your issued invoices. Each invoice card displays:
- Issue date - When the invoice was created
- Invoice number - Your unique invoice identifier
- Invoice status - Current state of the invoice (Draft, Submitted, awaiting approval, Paid, etc.)
- Invoice amount - Total amount to be paid
Checking Invoice Details
To view detailed information about an invoice:
- Tap on any invoice card.
- The details page will open showing:
- A timeline of the payment status
- All line items included in the invoice
- The current processing stage
- To view the PDF version, tap the View PDF button.
Deleting an Invoice
You can delete an invoice if it's in an appropriate state (typically draft or rejected):
- Open the invoice details page.
- Tap the Delete invoice button at the bottom.
- Confirm your decision when prompted.
Once an invoice has been submitted for processing or payment, it may no longer be eligible for deletion.
