What You'll See

The dashboard presents expense data through three distinct visualizations:

1. Annual Flow Chart

   • Displays total spending throughout the year
   • Shows month-by-month expense trends
   • Helps identify seasonal spending patterns
     

2. Category Distribution

   • Breaks down expenses by category
   • Visualizes how spending is distributed across different expense types
   • Enables quick identification of major spending categories
     

3. Employee Expense Breakdown

   • Shows expenses organized by employee
   • Allows managers to identify spending patterns for individual team members
   • Helps maintain fairness and consistency in expense approvals
     

Accessing the Dashboard

The Manager Expenses Dashboard is only available to users with manager profiles. You can find it in the main navigation menu of your mobile app.
