To make changes after submission, contact your HR/People team to request that your self-reflection be reopened. Once reopened, you'll receive a notification. Complete your edits and submit them promptly. While there are no automatic deadlines for a reopened self-reflection, your HR/People team or manager will determine how long you have to make changes.
