Editing a live review
You can edit a review that has been scheduled before the Snapshot begins.
To do this:
- Go to the Performance tab and click on Manage Reviews
- To edit a scheduled review, click on the three-dots icon and choose Edit review
- If Calibration groupings is part of this review, you will also see as a menu item
- Make changes to the review
When updating participants in a live review, you can remove or add people as needed. To remove participants, search for the individuals you want to take out of the review, select their names, and then choose Remove x people. Their history and data will remain stored, so they can be re-added later if required.
To add participants, open the Add people tab, search for the individuals you want to include, select them, and choose Add x people.
Reopen an assessment
If a participant has submitted their assessment but needs to make changes to it, you can re-open it for them.
- From the Manage reviews page, click on the review. This take you to the overview page that contains all the participants for this review as well as the status of their submission. You can re-open a Submitted or Incomplete review.
- To re-open the review, click on the three-dots icon beside the participants name and choose Re-open self-reflection.
- Re-opened assessments have no automatic end date. This means that they will remain in this state until:
- The recipient manually re-submits it from within the form;'
- The admin forcibly closes it.
