Here are the different statuses you might see during a performance review cycle:

  • Ready: The assessment is scheduled and will open for completion on the specified start date.
  • Started: The recipient has opened the assessment for the first time and can begin working on it.
  • Submitted: The recipient has completed and submitted their assessment. At this point, it cannot be edited unless an admin reopens it.
  • Incomplete: The assessment wasn't submitted by the deadline. It cannot be viewed by anyone until an admin reopens it.
  • Reopened: An admin has reopened the assessment to allow for changes. The recipient can make updates and resubmit with no time limit.
  • Calibrated: The assessment has completed the calibration process, and no further changes are needed. It awaits the final review closure.
  • Closed: The overall review has been completed. The assessment becomes read-only and cannot be reopened. Final scores and content are now visible in the employee's profile.
