Access to self and manager reflections is now governed by reporting lines and administrative permissions. There are no longer specific events that dictate when content becomes visible.

Participant & Manager Access

  • Self-Reflections: These can be viewed by the participant, their direct line manager, and review admins immediately upon submission.

  • Manager Reflections: These are visible to the manager's own reporting line and review admins as soon as they are completed.

  • Real-time Visibility: People managers can view the content of self and manager reflections for anyone within their reporting line the moment they are submitted.

Cross-Functional & Admin Access

  • Outside Reporting Lines: If a manager needs to see submissions for individuals outside their direct reporting line, they must be manually added to a calibration group by an admin.

  • Admin Access: Review admins can view the submissions of any participant that falls within the data scope and information access rules defined in their admin profile.
