What if I do no submit the manager reflection before the snapshot end date?

If you miss the submission deadline, your unsubmitted manager reflection will automatically be marked as incomplete. In this state:

• You cannot make changes or submit the reflection
• Your direct report cannot view it
• Calibrators cannot see it (if applicable)

You'll need to request for it to be reopened to make changes. Once reopened, submit it promptly as there's no automatic deadline. If you don't submit within the agreed timeframe, administrators may force it to incomplete status, making it unavailable to calibrators and your employee.
