When will my direct reports see my feedback and scores?

Your direct reports will be able to see:

• Written feedback: After calibration is complete and HR closes the review cycle
• Scores: The final calibrated score (if applicable) will be visible when the review cycle closes

Note: If the calibration team changes your original score, your direct reports will only see the final calibrated score, not your initial rating.
