Remote offers comprehensive background check services for contractors as an optional, one-time fee service. Our background check options include education verification, employment history verification, global sanctions screening, and criminal record checks (availability depends on the country).

Available to both Contractor of Record (COR) and Contractor Management (CM/CM+) customers, this optional service streamlines the verification process by allowing customers to conduct background screenings directly through the Remote platform during contractor onboarding.

Throughout the verification process, customers can monitor progress and receive regular status updates through their Remote dashboard. Once complete, customers can access verification reports to make informed decisions about engaging contractors.
