Chart
This report uses a line chart to show how your turnover rate changes over time. The chart visualizes trends in total, voluntary, involuntary, regretted, and non-regretted turnover, depending on the filters you apply. By default, the Y-axis shows overall turnover, but it’s dynamic and can be changed.
Use the Segmented by filter to see how turnover varies across departments, job levels, or other dimensions.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)
Can I view more than 12 months of data?
Yes! Use the “Custom Range” option in the Date Range filter.
Why is the chart not showing data for some months?
If no joiners or leavers were recorded in a given month, the chart may appear flat or show gaps. Otherwise, try resetting the filters using "clear".
Can I export the chart as an image or PDF?
Yes, you can export the data table as a CSV file or png image via the “Export” option, at the top of the report page.
Why don’t I see certain filters?
Filters are dynamic. If your organization doesn’t have data for a specific value (e.g., no employees with “Bereavement” leave type), that filter may not appear.
What does “regretted turnover” mean?
This refers to departures that your organization would have preferred to avoid—like top performers or hard-to-replace roles.
