As an administrator, you may need to book time off for employees who are unable to do so themselves, such as when an employee calls in sick or needs their vacation logged into the system. This article will walk you through the process of booking time off on behalf of your team members.

Here's how:
- Log in to the Platform
- Ensure you are logged in as a customer.
- Navigate to the Time Off Section
- Find and click on the Time Off section.
- Select Team Absences from the menu.
- Add a Time Off Entry
- Click on the Add Time Off or upload file button if you are doing this on behalf of multiple employees
- Choose the Booking Method
- Bulk Upload: Upload a file to log multiple time off entries for multiple employees.
- Single Entry: Manually book time off for a single employee.
- Enter Time Off Details
- Select the Employee’s Name (e.g., Sauron).
- Choose the Time Off Type (e.g., Paid Time Off, Sick Leave).
- Set the Date Range for the absence.
- Leave a Note on why you are booking the time off
- Confirm and Save
- Review the details.
- Click Continue to finalize and add the time off entry.
