How to generate and export a Statement of Work (SOW) for COR contractors

  • Updated

A Statement of Work (SOW) is a formal document that defines the specific services, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms for a project or service engagement between two parties. It serves as a contractual agreement that:

  • Clearly outlines project scope and objectives
  • Specifies deliverables and expected outcomes
  • Establishes timelines and milestones
  • Defines roles and responsibilities
  • Sets performance metrics and quality standards
  • Includes payment terms and conditions

Prerequisites

Before you create a new Statement of Work (SOW) for a COR contractor, make sure the following requirements are met:

  • A Customer Service Agreement (CSA) for COR is fully signed.
  • The contractor is active in Remote.

If these requirements are not met, you will not be able to create a new SOW.

Note: Remote SoW template is ONLY available to customers if they are using the Remote Contractor Services Agreement template.

This export is available to all customers with access to the Documents page.

  1. In the Remote dashboard, go to Documents.
  2. Filter the list by document type and select Statement of Work, Contractor Services Agreement, or both.
  3. Check that the filtered list shows the documents you want to include in the export.
  4. Open the table actions menu and select Export data.
  5. Under Additional columns, select the contract detail fields to include, for example Service start date and Service end date.
  6. Confirm the export, then download the file.
