Accepting Applications with Remote's ATS

Remote's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) simplifies your hiring process, allowing you to seamlessly accept online applications, manage candidates, and streamline your recruitment workflow.

How it Works: Effortless Applications & Rich Candidate Profiles

When you choose to use Remote as your ATS, your candidates will enjoy a quick and intuitive application experience:

• Fast Profile Creation: Candidates can create a comprehensive profile in just minutes.
• Effortless CV Upload & Parsing: They simply upload their CV, and our system automatically parses the information, populating their profile with relevant details.
• Key Work Preferences: Candidates answer a few targeted questions about their work preferences, providing you with valuable insights such as where they are located and if they have the right to work there.

All of this crucial candidate information is then instantly available to you directly within your Remote ATS, ready for review.

How to enable this feature?

You can simply select ‘Via Remote’s ATS’ in the job editing page which will automatically route any applicants into your Remote dashboard.

You can further specify if you are open to see applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship. When ‘no’ is selected, it will flag this to the candidate on application if there is a mismatch.
 

The application management feature is currently free of charge and is available to use after our 7-day free trial ends, you will not lose your applications and can continue to open jobs and accept online applications.

If no active subscription, ‘Advertise job’ toggle will be off by default and your job will not be searchable or visible on our job board feed, but you can still accept applications via a unique link you can share with candidates.

How to share the application link with candidates?

On your job’s dashboard, go to ‘View live job’ which will take you to the application page that you can share the URL of with a candidate you’d like to invite to apply. You can also place this in your job adverts on other platforms or your careers site to route applications to your job on Remote ATS.
