As part of your employment under Remote PEO, you have access to a robust package of Worksite Employee Benefits, designed to support your health, financial well-being, and peace of mind.
Can PEO clients offer benefits outside of Remote PEO?
When a company joins Remote PEO, all core benefits (including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability) must be offered through Remote to eligible employees. Offering separate medical or ancillary plans through an outside broker is not permitted. Companies can also offer additional benefits like Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) and retirement plans like a 401(k) through Remote.
Some of the benefits are available through Remote’s trusted carrier partners and are accessible during Open Enrollment or after a qualifying life event (e.g., marriage, birth of a child, loss of coverage).
