You can easily request personalized feedback from your manager or teammates directly in your Remote account. This feature helps you gather input to support your professional growth and development.
Here’s how to request feedback:
- Sign in to your team member account on Remote.
- Go to Performance from the sidebar, then select Feedback.
- In the top right corner of the screen, click on Feedback > Request feedback.
- Fill out the request form by choosing who you’d like feedback from, what you’d like feedback about, and add any notes to help guide their response.
- Click Request feedback to send it.
- Once submitted, the person you selected will receive a notification and can respond directly in Remote.
- You can use this feature to ask for feedback after completing a project, during a performance review cycle, or whenever you’d like to understand how you're doing.
