Why this matters
When you invite a new hire on Remote, you’ll be asked whether they’re eligible for equity.
This step helps set up their profile correctly. However, the information provided during onboarding is not the final record. If you offer equity, grant details must be added to your Remote Equity workspace. Only the information saved there will be used for official reporting and compliance.
What to do if you selected the wrong option
If you selected “No” but the team member should receive equity, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll update their profile for you so equity can be managed correctly.
