How do I request peer feedback on my team member?

As a People Manager or Calibrator, you can request feedback from peers to better understand how your team members are performing in different contexts. This helps you make more informed decisions during reviews or calibration sessions.

Here’s how to request peer feedback for someone on your team:

  1. Go to Team Management > Performance and select Team Performance.
  2. In the Team Members list, check the Latest Feedback column to see if the person already has recent feedback.
  3. Click the Request Feedback button next to their name to ask for new feedback.
  4. Fill out the request form by choosing who you want feedback from, and include any context or specific questions if needed.
  5. Click Request Feedback to send the message.

The selected peers will receive a prompt to share their feedback directly in the platform.

This feature is especially useful when you're preparing for performance evaluations or want additional perspectives on a team member’s recent work.
