Calendar applications vary in how frequently they sync with external calendars. Some platforms like Google Calendar may take time to pull data or refresh changes. You can usually configure the refresh interval in your calendar application settings.
What information will appear on my calendar?
For your own time off: You'll see the specific leave types you've requested.
For managers viewing team absences: You'll see your direct reports' names with either "public holiday" for public holidays or "out of office" for all other leave types.
Can I edit my time off directly from my calendar?
No, the calendar integration is read-only. To make changes to your time off, you must do so through the Remote platform.
Why can't I see my recently approved time off?
Some calendar applications may take time to sync with external calendars. If your recently approved time off isn't appearing, try manually refreshing your calendar or wait a short time for the sync to complete.
