Hibob is an HRIS and people management platform that helps companies bring out the best in their employees. Through this new integration partnership, we’re bringing together two of the best platforms in global HR to streamline and accelerate global expansion for companies of all sizes.
This integration will increase the productivity of HR teams by removing repetitive tasks. The integration will automatically sync new employee or contractor hiring data from HiBob to Remote. By minimizing manual data entry, the integration also reduces the risk of errors within HR processes and communications that could delay onboarding timelines. Once the onboarding process is complete in Remote, our integration also allows HR teams to automatically sync any new changes in active employee information from HiBob to Remote to make sure data is consistent across both systems.
This integration is available at no cost for customers who use both Remote and HiBob.
Getting started
For full integration between HiBob and Remote, follow all steps outlined below. However, if you prefer a partial implementation or wish to integrate the systems in different phases for easier management, you can selectively choose which features to implement.
- Required steps
- Step 1: Set up the credentials in HiBob. This will allow Remote to connect to your HiBob instance and sync all of the necessary data in later steps.
- Step 2: Enable employee syncs. This will sync your employees to Remote shortly after you create them in HiBob, and will keep their data in sync over time.
- Optional steps
- Step 3: Enable time off syncs. This will create time offs in Remote when your employees add new time off records in HiBob.
- Step 4: Enable file syncs. This will allow Remote to push payslips and end of year statements into HiBob, so your employees have a single source of truth for their files.
