How to bulk download itemized reports and invoice PDFs

You can download itemized reports as CSV files and view or download invoice PDFs directly from the Remote Invoices section. These features allow you to access detailed billing information and export invoice data for your records or accounting purposes.

This article explains how to download itemized reports in bulk and access invoice PDFs.

Who can use this feature

• Company owners can access these features in the Remote Invoices tab
• Remote admins can access these features in the Billing section

Download itemized reports in bulk

You can download itemized reports for multiple invoices at once.

For company owners:

1. Go to Payroll and payments in your Remote account
2. Select Remote Invoices
3. Select the checkboxes next to the invoices you want to download
4. Click the Actions dropdown menu
5. Select Download itemized reports CSV
   

The system will generate and download CSV files containing itemized breakdowns for all selected invoices.

For Remote admins:

1. Go to the Billing tab in your admin panel
2. Navigate to Invoices
3. Select the checkboxes next to the invoices you want to download
4. Click the Actions dropdown menu
5. Select Download itemized reports CSV

The system will generate and download CSV files containing itemized breakdowns for all selected invoices.

View or download individual invoice PDFs

You can view invoice PDFs directly in your browser or download them for your records.

From the invoices table:

1. Locate the invoice you want to access in the Remote Invoices or Billing section
2. Click the three-dot menu icon in the actions column for that invoice
3. Select either:
   • View PDF to open the invoice in your browser
   • Download PDF to save the invoice file to your device

From the invoice overview page:

1. Click on an invoice to open the invoice overview page
2. Click View PDF to open the invoice in your browser
3. From the PDF viewer, you can download or print the invoice as needed
