How to find your pricing plans
Follow these steps to view your pricing plans in Remote:
- Sign in to Remote.
- Go to Company settings.
- Select Pricing plans & Invoices.
- Select Pricing plans.
You’ll find a list of pricing plan cards. Each card represents a Remote product your company is using.
What information is shown on a pricing plan card
Each pricing plan card shows key information for a specific Remote product, such as Employer of Record, Payroll, or Contractor Management.
On each card, you can review:
- Plan status (for example, Active)
- The legal entity the plan applies to
- Monthly fees (flat fees or per team member per month)
- The number of active team members or legal entities included
- Any active discounts
- Add-on services and their monthly cost
- An estimated total for the current billing cycle
This overview helps you quickly understand how your pricing is structured and what you’re currently paying.
How discounts appear in Remote
If your plan includes a discount, it’s always shown directly on the pricing plan card and in the detailed plan view.
Depending on your plan, you may see:
- A reduced monthly fee compared to the base price
- The discount listed as a separate line item
- The discount start and end dates
- A label such as “Discount expiring soon” when the end date is approaching
