What is the mobility service charge for Remote Payroll customers?
Temitope Olamolu
The mobility support service is an optional add-on for Remote Payroll customers.
It applies when you need help relocating an employee or managing a cross-border move between countries where your company already has legal entities.
Remote's mobility support covers the full relocation process. Depending on the request, Remote may support:
- Immigration and compliance: Guidance on work permits, visas, and legal requirements
- Relocation coordination: Support with timelines, local requirements, and document tracking
- Country-specific guidance: Information about employment obligations, tax implications, and local benefits
- Onboarding in the destination country: Help with registering the employee and updating payroll details
The service is tailored to each employee’s situation and the countries involved.
The fee varies based on:
- The type of request (immigration only or full relocation)
- The origin and destination countries
- The complexity of the case
After you submit a request, Remote will confirm the scope, price, and timeline before any work begins.
