Do I have to report the training and development hours?

Belgium has abolished the Federal Learning Account (FLA) as of January 1, 2026. During 2026, the federal government and the regions will establish cooperation agreements to introduce a new Individual Learning Account, which will take effect on January 1, 2027. This new system will provide citizens with a simplified and centralized tool to access their certificates and training records. 

Therefore, there is no requirement to submit training certificates to Remote. The new system will be citizen-focused for accessing personal certificates and training records, rather than requiring employer reporting.
