If you previously used Remote Equity Advanced, you can download your Board Consents directly from Remote during the next months.
We recommend saving these documents for your records before your access ends.
What are Board Consents?
Board Consents are official approval documents generated as part of your equity grant process.
They confirm that your company’s board approved specific equity actions, such as issuing grants. These documents may be required for legal, audit, or internal record-keeping purposes.
Who should download Board Consents?
You should download Board Consents if:
- You used Remote Equity Advanced to manage equity grants.
- You want to keep copies for legal or compliance records.
- Your company is transitioning away from Remote Equity Advanced.
Your cap table management solution (such as Carta or Pulley) remains your primary source of truth for grant data. However, Board Consents generated in Remote Equity Advanced are stored in the our platform and should be saved separately.
How to download your Board Consents
Follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Remote Equity App
- Go to Organization.
- Select Documents.
- Open the folder containing your Board Consents and download the files.
IMPORTANT: We recommend reviewing all folders under Documents to make sure you don’t miss any important files.
What happens after access ends?
Please note that while the transition happens on March 18, access to download your documents will remain available for a limited time after that date.
Downloading your documents in advance helps ensure you retain full access to your company’s historical records and we recommend you do it as early as possible.
