How to declare grants when using Pulley as my Capitalisation Table Management Solution?

Remote Equity integrates seamlessly with Pulley, allowing you to manage equity grants without duplicate data entry. This guide walks you through connecting your Pulley account to Remote and syncing employee equity information between both platforms.

1. Log into your Pulley account.
2. Click on Company.
3. In the Admins section, click the Add Admin button (top right).
4. Fill in the information as follows:
5. • Email address: pulley@easop.com
   • Access Level: Read Only Access
5. Click Invite.

Once you grant access in Pulley, the Equity team receives an automatic notification. You do not need to email the team.

The Equity team will:

• Set up the connection.
• Sync your Pulley workspace with Remote Equity.
• Notify you once the connection is successful.

Once the sync is completed successfully, your Pulley workspace will be fully connected and ready to use with Remote Equity.
