Wise: Supported Contractor Countries and Currencies

There are two ways contractors get paid on Remote. They can add their bank account details directly on Remote where our payouts are powered by Wise for over 160 currencies or contractors can open a Stripe Connect account and link their bank account to that. This article only covers Remote contractor payouts, powered by Wise.

We're only able to support Wise payouts if the Customer has any of the following billing currencies: 

• United States Dollars
• Euros
• Great British Pounds
• Canadian Dollars
• Australian Dollars
• New Zealand Dollars
• Singapore Dollars

If the contractor's currency is different from the Customer's billing currency, Wise will handle the exchange rates and conversion.

When using Remote payouts, powered by Wise, contractors can be located almost anywhere. However, contractors must have a bank account located in one of the following supported bank countries.
