What data is transferred from Greenhouse into Remote?

To sync a candidate as an EOR

The candidate's job title, name, email, start date, and country of employment are transferred from Greenhouse into Remote.

Note: The start date of a candidate you want to sync as an Employer of Record (EOR) should be set to a future date so the data shows correctly in Remote.

To sync a candidate as a contractor

The same fields listed in the EOR section above also apply to contractors created by the integration. To tell the integration that a candidate should be synced as a contractor (instead of an EOR), you need to:

1. Create a custom field on the offer called "Employment type".
2. Set its value to "contractor".

Once this is set, our sync process will create the candidate under our contractor product in Remote.
