Remote's Employment Agreement to employees includes confidential obligations for the employees. Clients can also sign an NDA directly with an employee for additional comfort.
Remote's Employment Agreement also includes IP provisions which ensures all IP rights created by employees are transferred to Remote, which are then subsequently transferred to the client via the Terms of Service (ToS).
