There are two types of contracts available:

  • Fixed-term contract: This is a contract that has an end date. This means that towards the end of the contract, it will need to be renewed if you intend to keep the employee hired through us. In some countries, the minimum contract duration is 6 months.
  • Indefinite contract: This is a contract with no end date and therefore, no renewal is needed.

Indefinite and fixed-term contracts can be:

  • Part-time: This is a form of employment that carries fewer hours per week than a full-time job. Depending on the country, workers are considered to be part-time if they commonly work fewer than 30 or 35 hours per week.

  • Full-time.
