Why are my stock options not in my contract?

Stock options are financial instruments (derivatives) and Remote is not allowed to trade in or manage the Company's stock options. We can mention equity or the stock options in the offer letter, but not in the Employment Agreement. The Company can manage stock options with you directly without having to go through Remote.
