Do I receive my gross or net salary?

As an employee hired through Remote, we are responsible for deducting your income taxes, and necessary social contributions. This means that when you receive your salary, you will receive the net amount. If you are a contractor, we pay you the amount indicated on your invoice and this means you are responsible for processing your taxes to the appropriate authorities.
