Can an employee sign an NDA directly with the company?

Remote already covers this in the Employment Agreement but the Client can decide to execute a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) directly with the employee. Contracts related to nondisclosure agreements, assignment of inventions, and intellectual property remain part of the direct relationship between the client and the employee.
