You can use the Contract updates dashboard to view all updates to your team’s contract changes in one place. It helps you monitor promotions, salary changes, extensions, and other updates without needing to check multiple tools or email threads.

This feature is available for customers using Employer of Record (EOR), Remote Payroll, HRIS and PEO. It’s not available for Contractor Management or Contractor of Record (COR).

What the dashboard shows

The dashboard gives you visibility into:

  • The total number of changes
  • Any changes that need your attention
  • Changes that you’ve created
  • Changes that are already complete

This helps you quickly spot what’s in progress, approaching its deadline or delayed.

Types of changes you can track

The dashboard shows any contract changes requested through Remote, including:

  • Upcoming expiring contracts
  • Extensions or renewals
  • Promotions or title updates
  • Salary changes
  • Switches to indefinite contracts
  • Other updates related to a team member’s agreement

Note: Initial employment agreements and other document changes are currently not included in this dashboard.

How to access the dashboard

  1. Sign in to your Remote account
  2. Go to Team management
  3. Select Team
  4. Choose Contract updates

How to filter your dashboard

By default, the dashboard shows all changes for team members you have access to (based on your role permissions). You can use the filters at the top to focus on specific items:

  • Requires attention: Shows any changes waiting on you or others (for example, “Waiting for employee to sign”).
  • Added by you: View changes that you submitted. This helps you track progress on items you’ve requested.
  • Completed: Displays all finished changes. Helpful if you want to review past updates.
  • Additional filters: You can also apply additional filters to narrow your view even further. For example, you can filter by name or type of employment change.

Note: If your view is empty, it usually means no change has been submitted yet, or you don't have access to the affected team members' profiles.

An Expiring Contract is displayed 45 days before the contract expires.
