Is there an exam after the training in Colombia? What happens if an employee fails?

Yes there is a test after the training. The training ends with a 5-question multiple-choice test. Employees must get at least 3 correct answers to pass. Each employee has up to 3 attempts. If they fail, they must retake the training and try again.
