How can my company cancel our Remote contract?

The offboarding of all the employees hired through Remote automatically ends your company's contract with us. There are several reasons you may decide to terminate your contract with Remote:

  • You're moving the employee(s) to your newly established entity.
  • The employee is moving to a country we are not yet available.
  • You're unhappy with your Remote experience. If this is the case, we don't want to see you go and if there's anything we can do to prevent this, please let us know.

To work with Remote, you would have signed a Terms of Service. If you decide to no longer use our service, all the employees hired through Remote will need to be off-boarded preferably via resignation.

During off-boarding, we will terminate the employee's benefits, process their final salary and payslip, and when the off-boarding has been processed successfully, we will send an email confirmation to let you know. We will also issue your company's final invoice.
