From your Remote dashboard you can change your email, password or both.
This article will cover the following:
Change account email or password
- Go to the Account settings tab at the bottom of the page.
- From there, go to the Account Details section and click on Edit.
- Put in the new email you'd like to use, enter in your current password and click on Save.
- If you want to change your password, click on Edit and make the necessary changes.
Reset forgotten password
- You can reset your password from the login page by clicking on Forgot password?
- You will be asked to enter your email and a password reset link will be sent to you. If you're having a hard time finding the reset password email, please check your junk/spam folder.
