How to add a completion certificate on Remote

If you have already carried out a health check, safety training or anti-harassment training, you can upload this documentation on to your profile. In the Remote instruction email sent to you, there is a link that brings you directly to the documents section of your profile.

To upload the completion certificate when logged into your Remote account: 

  1. From the side menu, go to the Files tab.
  2. Select the Add file button at the top of the screen.
  3. Upload your document. You can either drag and drop your file or select click to upload to browse from your computer.
  4. The correct category should already be selected based on your document type (for example, Health check).
  5. Lastly, select Add files to complete the upload.

Once submitted, your document will appear in your Files page.
