Can a team member be exempted from carrying out a health check in Colombia?

No, they can't. As the Employer of Record (EOR) in Colombia, Remote is required to schedule a health check appointment for team members with our medical partner.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept the health check certificate from a previous employer. In order to comply with the local legislation, team members need to carry out a new health check through Remote.
