How can I edit a grant declaration?

After creating a grant declaration, you can edit it by navigating to the Actions tab at the top of the page. Click the three-dot menu and select Edit Declaration.

Please note that grant declarations can only be edited by Organization Admins, and only if no taxable event has occurred on the grant (such as a vesting, exercise, acquisition, or other taxable event).

Once a taxable event has occurred, editing is locked. In that case, please contact the Remote Equity team via live messaging for assistance.
