What information is synced when I connect Remote Equity with Pulley?

When you connect your Remote Equity workspace to Pulley, we automatically import the most relevant equity data to ensure accurate grant management and tax reporting. The integration pulls the following information:

  • Fair Market Value (FMV) history
  • Latest price per share, fully diluted share count, and option pool size
  • Equity plan name
  • Stakeholder details, grant information, and exercise events for linked EOR and GP employees

By default, this information is visible only to Admins and Owners within Remote Equity. Employees never see FMV, share price, pool size, or related cap table data.

Once the connection is complete, you no longer need to manually update grant or exercise information — all changes in Pulley will automatically sync to Remote. This allows our tax and compliance teams to act quickly and accurately whenever taxable events occur.

You can also disconnect Pulley at any time if you prefer to manage your equity information manually.
