How to access country-specific equity compliance guidance

Remote Equity includes country-specific Equity Handbooks — a built-in resource covering taxation, reporting requirements, and compliance considerations for each country where you have EOR employees.

How to access Equity Handbooks

1. Go to your Remote Equity dashboard.
2. Navigate to Equity Handbooks in the menu.
3. Select the country you want to review and click View handbook.

Each handbook covers the key compliance considerations relevant to granting equity in that country, including taxation rules, reporting requirements, and any specific watch outs to be aware of.

Handbooks are available for all countries where you have EOR employees, regardless of whether equity has already been granted.

Employee access

Employees can also view their country-specific handbook through their equity portal. As an admin, you can give them access by inviting them to their portal.
