Why can't I pay contractors yet?

It is most likely because we haven't completed the Know Your Business (KYB) checks on your account yet. As a security measure, we must conduct KYB checks before we verify your account and enable contractor payments.

During the KYB check, our team will review the company documentation provided during onboarding. Once this is complete and satisfactory, you will be notified via email and the contractor payments feature will be enabled.
