Are the costs of benefits included in the Cost Calculator?

Yes, the Cost Calculator includes both statutory and elective benefits:

• Statutory benefits are legally required benefits for employees, like compensation for work-related injuries. Remote takes care of everything related to the statutory benefits on your behalf.
• Elective benefits are optional premium offerings, such as enhanced medical coverage. Remote allows you to choose elective benefits on the main page of the Cost Calculator, after selecting a country. (If you don't see a dropdown to select your desired benefit tier for the country you're interested in, it means we haven’t enabled it yet; we are working hard to enable this as fast as we can.)`
