What is a card limit?
A card limit is the maximum amount you can spend using your Remote Expenses Card during a defined period.
Your company admin sets the spending limit for the card program you're assigned to. This limit applies to everyone assigned to that card program, rather than being set individually for each person.
View your current limit
- Open the Remote mobile app.
- Open your Expenses Card.
- Review your spending limit information. Your card shows the balance still available to spend and the total balance credited for the current period.
What happens when you reach your limit?
If you reach your assigned limit, additional transactions may be declined until your limit renews or your company updates the limit.
Can you request a higher limit?
If you need a higher limit, contact your company administrator. Your administrator can determine whether a limit increase is appropriate.
