Your card may get declined for the following reasons:
- You have reached your spending limit.
- The specific expense category is not supported for your card
- Your card has been frozen by you or temporarily blocked by the company administrator
- Your company has reached the allowed spending limit
Who should I contact?
Contact your company administrator if your transaction is declined and you are unable to identify the cause.
